Material Selection

Lay-up / Preforming
Precision placement of fibres and prepregs into the required shape and orientation before curing.
Infusion / Prepreg / RTM
Resin introduced through vacuum infusion, prepreg processing, or resin transfer moulding — depending on the component and application.
Curing
Controlled temperature and pressure curing to achieve full structural and mechanical properties.
CNC Trimming
Precision trimming and machining of cured components to final dimensional tolerances.
Bonding & Assembly
Structural bonding and assembly of components into finished sub-structures or complete parts.
Final Inspection
Dimensional, surface, and quality checks to confirm the finished component meets specification.
Finished Composite Product
Delivered ready for integration — aerospace component, UAV structure, sandwich panel, or industrial part.
